1. Welcome/Apologies/Notices

The Chair welcomed everyone and advised that because there were not enough members present to establish a quorum, and that due to the number of apologies received a quorum would not be established, the meeting lapsed.

Closure:

There being no quorum the Chairman declared the meeting lapsed at 1.10pm on Wednesday, 14 August 2019.
