The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting, and advised that Cr Scott is running late.

There were no conflict of interest declarations.

 

3.       Confirmation of Minutes of the Tenders Committee Meeting Held on 4 November 2015

Resolution

Minutes of the Tenders Committee held on Wednesday, 4 November 2015, a copy having been circulated prior to the meeting, were taken as read and confirmed as a true and correct record.

4.       Matters Arising from Minutes of the Tenders Committee Meeting held on 4 November 2015

It was queried whether complaints from landowners adjacent to the earthworks were being addressed and Mrs Lambert advised that she has contacted the party personally and is managing the situation.

There were no further matters arising from the minutes.

Resolution

That Council excludes the public from this section of the meeting, being Agenda Item 5 Ebbetts Stopbank with the general subject of the item to be considered while the public is excluded; the reasons for passing the resolution and the specific grounds under Section 48 (1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 for the passing of this resolution being as follows:
